How DTRM Services uses text messaging to serve our customers.

DTRM Services sends and receives SMS/MMS text messages only with customers who have contacted us and agreed to be texted. Consent is obtained when a customer calls our business number (888-293-0868) to request service and provides their mobile number, agreeing to continue by text, or when a customer texts our number first. We do not buy, rent, or send messages to purchased phone lists, and we never text people who have not reached out to us.
Most consent is given verbally. When a customer calls our office or during an on-site service visit, our staff read the following script, and we only text customers who verbally agree:
“Before we finish, is it okay to text you at this number? DTRM Services will send you SMS messages about your service — appointment confirmations, technician arrival and scheduling updates, and questions about the job. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Your information stays private and is never shared with third parties for marketing; our SMS terms and privacy policy are at dtrmservices.com/sms-terms and dtrmservices.com/privacy. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Do I have your permission to text you at this number?”
Customers may also give consent through the SMS-consent checkbox on our website contact form. Consent is never shared with third parties for marketing, and mobile opt-in data is not sold or shared. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies and depends on your active service request — messages are conversational, sent only as needed to coordinate your service. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; we will stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, or call us at 888-293-0868.
